We are pleased to inform that our company APR received co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund within the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020 (Priority Axis 3 Support of innovation in enterprises, measure 3.3 Support for promotion and internationalisation of innovative enterprises, sub-measure 3.3.3 Support for SMEs in the promotion of Polish product brands – Go to Brand) for the implementation of the following project: “Initiating export activities as the key to development and increase of competitiveness of APR company”.
The aim of the project is to initiate export activities of our company via participating in international IT fairs as an exhibitor. Representatives of our company will participate in the following fairs:
- World IT Show (South Korea)
- Gitex Technology (United Arab Emirates)
- SXSW (USA)
- PAX West (USA)
- Slush (Finland).
During the fairs we will present our innovative solution to the international market, i.e. SaaS platform – MediaSync, which was developed within the project “Implementation of innovative SaaS platform in the field of audio and video marketing as a step towards increasing the competitiveness of the company on domestic and foreign markets”. The project was co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund within Priority Axis III Enhancing the Competitiveness of SMEs, measure 3.3 ITC in business operation within the Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship 2014-2020.
MediaSync is an computer system created for the purpose of managing the audio and video-marketing content. The Platform is designated to manage the customers, create and organise the audio and video material (the process is controlled remotely, electronically via the Internet). The solution is based on distributing the software for managing multimedia communication as an application saved and made available by the producer to other multi-marketing operators.
The basic functions of the platform, making it unique on the market, are:
- Managing the platform from the level of super administrator
- Possibility of selecting any play list and creating customer’s own play list
- Possibility of adding and playing customer’s own messages
- Possibility of filtering Vocal/Instrumental and of setting preferences as far as music is concerned from the level of administrator and customer
- Extensive data base of musical works to choose from
- Filtering Calm/ medium/ dynamic
- Updating music every month
- Possibility of deleting pieces that you do not like
- Possibility of playing music off-line
- Automatic reshuffling of play list
- Special devices dedicated for playing
- Help desk via remote connection
- Music for special occasions, e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.
The result of the project will be selling the services of our company on foreign markets. Implementation of the project will result in income from the export activities (as as a consequence the increase of share of export within the conducted activity), acquiring foreign commercial partners, development and increase of recognizability of our brand on foreign markets, acquiring know-how enabling us to undertake export activities tailored for the specificity of a given foreign market, increase of sale income, and as a result – increase of the company’s competitiveness.
Implementation of the project inscribes itself in the promotion of Polish enterprises on world markets, within the Polish Economy Brand project, and thus our company will use a recognized symbol designed especially for that purpose.
Due to its specificity, the project becomes a part of the National Smart Specialisations
